HomeFi is a marketplace for buying and selling real estate with crypto. Listings are priced in digital assets and transactions settle on the Robinhood blockchain.

Whether you are listing a property or searching for your next home, HomeFi connects traditional real estate with on-chain settlement.

Sellers create a listing with property details and set a crypto price. Buyers browse the marketplace, connect a wallet, and submit a purchase offer.

Once both parties agree, ownership is recorded on Robinhood Chain — providing transparent, verifiable proof of settlement.

HomeFi settles transactions on Robinhood Chain, Robinhood's blockchain infrastructure for on-chain assets and transfers.

All listings display prices in ETH with an approximate USD equivalent. Settlement fees and confirmation times depend on network conditions.

To list a home, connect your wallet and submit property details including address, beds, baths, square footage, and your asking price in crypto.

Featured listings appear on the HomeFi homepage. All active listings are visible on the marketplace page.

Browse listings on the marketplace or homepage. Click any property to open the detail modal with full specs and pricing.

Connect your Web3 wallet to unlock purchase options. Confirm the transaction in your wallet to submit your offer on-chain.

HomeFi supports standard Web3 wallets via the browser Ethereum provider (e.g. MetaMask). Click Connect wallet in the navigation bar.

Your wallet address is used to identify you during purchase. HomeFi never stores your private keys.

Can I pay in USD? Listings are priced in crypto. USD values shown are estimates for reference only.
